Welcome to New Delhi Professional Massage. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any massage service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Description

New Delhi Professional Massage provides licensed, professional in‑hotel massage therapy for international travelers and local residents in New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Our services include Classic Relaxation Massage (60 min), Extended Therapy (90 min), and Luxury Ayurvedic Session (120 min) as described on our website. All treatments are performed by certified, background‑verified therapists at your hotel room or other approved accommodation.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or availability without prior notice, but any confirmed booking will be honored at the agreed price.

2. Booking Requirements

To schedule a service, you must provide the following information via WhatsApp, phone call, or text message:

• Your full name (as registered with the hotel).
• Hotel name and complete address.
• Room number.
• Preferred date and time (subject to availability).
• A valid contact number (WhatsApp preferred).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false or incomplete information, or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe for our therapists.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing:

• Classic Relaxation Massage (60 min): 8,000 INR
• Extended Therapy (90 min): 11,000 INR
• Luxury Ayurvedic Session (120 min): 14,000 INR

Transportation fee (approx. 300‑800 INR depending on your hotel location) is not included in the service price and must be paid separately. The exact amount will be confirmed before the therapist is dispatched.

Payment methods: Cash (INR) or online transfer (UPI / bank transfer). We do not store any payment card details. Full payment (service + transport fee) is required upon completion of the session, unless otherwise agreed. No deposit is required for standard bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking without any charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before appointment): A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may apply to compensate the therapist for travel and lost time.
• No‑show: If the therapist arrives at your hotel and you are not available or refuse entry after arrival, the full service price + transport fee will be charged.
• Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify our coordinator immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue (e.g., extended time or partial refund at our discretion). Refunds are not provided simply for change of mind.

In case of emergency or hotel denial (as described in Section 2), no fees will be charged if the therapist has not yet been dispatched. If the therapist is already en route, only the transport fee may be payable.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your identity, hotel, and any health conditions that may affect the massage (e.g., injuries, allergies, contagious skin conditions, pregnancy).
• Be present in your hotel room at the agreed time and allow the therapist to enter.
• Treat the therapist with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and you may be banned from future services.
• Ensure a safe environment (e.g., clear space, no pets interfering).

6. Health Disclaimer & Liability

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before booking a massage if you have any serious medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, thrombosis, fractures, severe osteoporosis, cancer, or if you are pregnant). Our therapists are trained to ask about contraindications, but you are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information.

We strongly recommend that you inform the therapist immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort during the massage.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or comply with law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of New Delhi Professional Massage or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Requesting services under false pretenses.
• Attempting to solicit therapists for illegal activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any staff member.
• Interfering with the operation of our booking process.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service, a ban, and legal action where appropriate.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, strikes, government actions, or severe weather that makes travel unsafe. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
